1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue for quick resolution.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund if the issue is verified.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
